By using forgenationtcg.com, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order. You must be able to enter into a binding purchase in your location or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Products, listings, and condition
Forge Nation TCG sells trading cards and related products shown as available on the website. Product titles, sets, card numbers, rarity, language, condition, quantity, images, and descriptions are prepared in good faith. Minor mistakes can occur, and colors or details may appear different because of lighting, screens, sleeves, foil patterns, or manufacturing variation.
The listing photos and written disclosures should be reviewed before purchase. The Card Condition Guide explains the general condition standards used by the store. Raw cards are not guaranteed to receive any professional grading result.
Prices, discounts, and availability
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change before an order is placed. Multi-card discounts are calculated automatically from eligible card quantities in the cart. A product is not reserved until payment is completed. Inventory mistakes, duplicate orders, or simultaneous purchases can occasionally make an item unavailable.
If an order cannot be fulfilled because of an inventory, pricing, listing, or payment error, Forge Nation TCG may cancel the affected order or item and issue the appropriate refund.
Orders and payment
Customers may check out without creating an account. Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal under the provider's terms. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Forge Nation TCG can fulfill it. An automated confirmation does not prevent cancellation for fraud review, payment problems, address issues, prohibited activity, or a material listing or inventory error.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and for having authorization to use the selected payment method.
Order lookup and product reviews
A customer may check an order without an account by entering the matching order number and checkout email. Keep both private. Verified-buyer reviews may be submitted only for products in a paid order. Reviews are moderated before publication and may be kept private or removed when they contain unlawful, abusive, misleading, unrelated, private, or promotional content.
Submitting a review gives Forge Nation TCG permission to display the submitted public name, rating, title, and feedback on the product page. Customers should not include email addresses, phone numbers, order numbers, or other private information in review text.
Shipping, returns, and refunds
Shipping services, handling estimates, delivery limitations, and address responsibilities are described in the Shipping & Handling Policy. Return eligibility, damaged-order help, cancellations, and refund timing are described in the Returns & Refunds Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Customer accounts are optional. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity under your account. Do not attempt to access another person's account, interfere with checkout, automate abusive requests, misuse promotions, submit false information, upload malicious content, test unauthorized security weaknesses, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Forge Nation TCG may limit, suspend, or end access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, payment providers, or the business.
Intellectual property
The Forge Nation TCG name, store branding, original website copy, layout, and original photographs are owned by or licensed to Forge Nation TCG. Trading-card names, game names, characters, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners. Forge Nation TCG is an independent retailer and is not represented as being affiliated with or endorsed by a game publisher unless a listing expressly says otherwise.
Website availability and disclaimers
The website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be updated, interrupted, or removed. To the extent permitted by law, Forge Nation TCG does not promise uninterrupted access or that every description, image, or automated card match will always be error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Forge Nation TCG is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, carrier delay, service-provider interruption, or misuse of a product. Any direct liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by applicable United States and Florida law, without limiting non-waivable consumer rights. Terms may be updated as the website or business changes. The version in effect when an order is placed applies to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
