Trading-card singles are final sale

All trading-card single sales are final for buyer's remorse, change of mind, market-price changes, grading expectations, or flaws and condition already disclosed in the listing or photos. Please review every listing, photo, card number, set, and condition before paying.

This final-sale rule does not limit any rights that cannot legally be waived.

When we will make an order right

Contact Forge Nation TCG within 7 calendar days of recorded delivery if the wrong item was sent, an item arrived damaged, an item is missing, or the item is materially different from its listing. Include the order number and clear photos of the card front and back, packaging, mailing envelope, and shipping label.

After review, the available resolution may include a replacement when inventory allows, an agreed partial refund, or a full refund after return. Forge Nation TCG covers approved return postage when we confirm an incorrect item, shipping damage, or material listing error.

Sealed products

Unopened sealed products may be eligible for return when requested within 14 calendar days of recorded delivery. The product must be unopened, unaltered, and in its original delivered condition. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Opened sealed products are final sale unless they arrived incorrect or damaged, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Cancellations

Ask to cancel as soon as possible. An order can be canceled and refunded only before it has been packed or shipped. Once an order has been packed or shipped, the policy above applies.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe or PayPal. We may wait until an approved return arrives and is inspected. After a refund is issued, the payment provider or bank may take approximately 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Shipping charges are refunded only when required by law or when Forge Nation TCG confirms an incorrect, damaged, missing, or materially misdescribed order.

Returns that may be refused

• Card-single returns based on change of mind, market-price changes, grading expectations, or disclosed condition.
• Cards returned in a different condition from delivery or a different copy or printing than the item purchased.
• Items altered, cleaned, repaired, graded, signed, or otherwise changed after delivery.
• Sealed products that were opened or altered, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• Order-problem requests made more than 7 days after recorded delivery or sealed-product requests made more than 14 days after recorded delivery, except where applicable law provides additional rights.
